Help Me Fight Breast Cancer!

I've finally made the commitment to run in a 5k next Sunday through Central Park in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. It's such an important cause and for so long I've wanted to get involved so - I'm doing it! Now's the time when I'll mention that I haven't been working out, much less running 3+ miles, anytime recently and it will defintely be a challenge. I'm hoping the good cause will motivate me... =)
