Catching Up

I know all of you are dying to hear the fascinating stories we have from our last week here in NYC...unfortunately, I don't have a lot for you. Marc is working VERY HARD and is enjoying getting to know his team and the Clear Channel group here in NY. I think he really likes it - it is a lot different from Houston, for now that is a good thing! =)

I have been interviewing so much my head is spinning - at least one interview a day over the past week and a half....as of now, I have additional follow up interviews with Madison Square Garden and Active Marketing Group and a first round interview with The Village Voice, a publication here in New York City. So - God Willing I will have a job in the next week or two - I have been totally stir crazy around here so I'm really looking forward to finally having a job to go to which means a paycheck and meeting new people, woohoo!

Here are some pictures to share - I promise to update more often - was having issues downloading pictures but I think we've figured it out. I miss our family and friends so much - hope you all are doing great. Talk to you soon!

Maddie and Dex snoozing - just what they do best....
And snoozing again on our new red rug from Crate and Barrell....

Father and daughter - Marc after a hard days' work and Maddie after a long play at the dog run....

Maddie posing for the camera...

Dexter posing too....

Jenn and Marc bundled up on the subway...

Maddie and Dexter's new favorite sleeping position...

First glimpse of the Emire State Building from the street...

Dex getting comfy at bedtime....

They are SOOOOO funny!!!

Dex and Maddie's winter coats - come in handy in the nasty weather...

How much cuter can he be - seriously?

Mom and dogs passed out after a long day...

These are pictures of the lighting district - streets of nothing but light stores, it's pretty cool - even though the place we went to seems to be shady because now our lights are humming and they just don't know what to do about it - WHATEVER. Still, really cool - the lighting district.

That's all for now folks - promise to have more later!!!

I was randomly clicking through "Next Blog" and all I have to say is your dogs are ADORABLE!

I've only ever really lived in DC and NYC, I can't imagine how much of a change it must be from Houston though
