While Mom is away, Puppies will play...

So, Dex and Maddie really out-did themselves this time around. I have been in Houston the past 4 days as my friends Rachel and John tied the knot and Marc (aka Dad) was left here on puppy duty. This time around, he had his hands full.

Friday night at Rachel's rehearsal dinner, I saw my phone blinking and checked it out...only to find the following email with pictures.

Email from Marc said: Hi Mommy...we love you...check out how we are treating Dad...

Maddie's 'Uh-Oh I'm Busted' Look

Dexter proclaiming his innocence by hiding in bedroom... Yeah, right - innocent.

You can see that Maddie wouldn't even look at Marc - and note her ears...this is the 'Oh I know I'm in Great Big Trouble' look...

This used to be a white rug in our living room....used to be is the key part of that phrase.

So, Maddie and Dex had a great adventure in the living room as they busted out of their gate that normally keeps them in the kitchen. Apparently the dog walker didn't get it secured enough because Marc said it was laying on the floor when he got home...

Just giving all the visitors a head's up - if you notice holes in our white rug, here's the story behind them. =)
