Sunny San Diego

I am lucky enough to work for a company that is headquartered in San Diego, California. For anyone who hasn't been there, it's time to go! I've always heard people tell me how beautiful SD is but really didn't grasp the meaning of what they said until this past week. I went out for introductions and training purposes and it is so gorgeous. This is the closest reminder to Hawaii that I've had since I was actually in Honolulu, almost 10 years ago! I stayed in Del Mar, a little beach town outside of SD - got to run on the beach trails and watch the sun rise over surfers 'catching the wave'. No, I'm not kidding - it's so cliche, I know but it was just so awesome. If you have the chance, GO. These pics from the hotel make me happy (remind me of warmer weather and cool ocean breezes....so nice) so I thought I'd share.
